Return and Refund Policies

You have the right to return the Products you have purchased, without having to tell us the reason why you wish to return them, within a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

A necessary condition for the product return, is that the Product to be returned in the condition in which you received it, i.e. it must not be damaged and must be accompanied by its retail receipt indicating that the Product in question is subject to a return. For your own inconvenience, it is recommended that you personally check the condition of the sold Products and the intactness of their packaging upon delivery of your order in order to immediately identify any obvious defects or problems with your order, the packaging or the Products.

In the event of a return, you will bear the shipping costs involved in returning the Products and the Store will refund you within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt, the amount corresponding to the total market value and shipping costs of the returned Products, with the same payment method you chose during the order. Products are returned to the Company’s address.

Defective products – damaged products – incorrect product shipment.

In cases where the product is demonstrably and obviously defective in its operation or appearance or is damaged or the product was sent incorrectly by the store or the supplier and provided that the product has been checked upon receipt, in the presence of the carrier (who is obliged to remain during the process of unsealing the products), then the customer has the right to withdraw and ask for refund or product replacement.
You must contact with the store within fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt thereof.The costs of return and of the new shipment, in the cases of replacement or change, will be borne by the store which will choose the way and means of return-shipment.
In any case, the customer is responsible for the loss or destruction or damage of the products until they are returned to the store. We recommend that returns be made by courier after consultation with the store to indicate the respective transport agency.
